Keeping this commitment requires the firm to continually improve our infrastructure as well as investigate ways to improve our service offerings. It also requires us to stay on the forefront of computer / Internet / Web / networking technologies. Over the past month, our firm’s Web and e-mail services have, in my estimation, been poor. And while Prospect Technologies has historically prides itself on 100% up-time ‘all-the-time’, our recent up-time reliability has been sub-par.
I have personally contacted many of our customers to discuss these upcoming actions.
