Washington, DC May 1998 -- Dr. Wm. Frederick Lewis, President and CEO of Prospect Technologies today announced the acquisition of Maryland based PCs & Systems.
"With this acquisition we will bring an added dimension of value and a much needed service to our clients", Dr. Lewis said.
Mr. Rick Davis founded PCs & Systems in 1989 to provide computer networking, hardware, and software service and support. The company also designs and manufactures custom desktop computers and large scale Internet / Web servers to specifically meet client's requirements. Mr. Davis will now serve as General Manager, Customer Support for Prospect Technologies.
"Joining forces with Prospect Technologies will enable me to deliver more services to our combined base of clients. I also see us growing together to design and implement powerful Internet systems with the needed hardware support and service that's lacking with many Internet and computer services firms," Mr. Davis says.
