IKON Management Services, the outsourcing arm of IKON Office Solutions – the largest independent marketer of office technology solutions in Northern America – has selected Prospect Technologies to help them establish a presence on the Internet and World Wide Web. IKON is the office administration and document specialists who focus on providing facilities management and office services to legal and commercial firms as well as government and public sector organizations.

Prospect Technologies will be developing a Web site to keep all IKON Management employees informed about the "goings-on" within their company. IKON specializes in facilities management which means that many of their employees are dispersed through-out the Metro Washington Area. This Web presence will be a link to all employees no matter where they reside.

In addition on this Web site, Prospect Technologies will be developing for IKON an on-line interactive questionnaire to assist prospective and current clients on the benefits and feasibility of outsourcing / facilities management. This questionnaire can be filled out and then E-mailed to an IKON business analyst who then can analyze a customers environment and propose a solution.

Prospect Technologies is a strategic partner with IKON supplying all of their computer technology, hardware, and software requirements for their Metro Washington locations. In addition, Prospect Technologies installs and maintains their proprietary data-base software package called EXPERT which is used to track all of their facilities management operations.
