Prospect Technologies Establishes On-line
Customer Invoicing / Payment Forms

Prospect Technologies announced today that it has added to its Web site the ability for customers to submit their invoice information on-line. This electronic form was developed by Prospect Technologies' Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Christophe Williams and is part of the firm's TigerEyeTM product capability.

This form offers enhanced security to prevent credit card fraud and abuse of services, thanks to Mr. Williams. In addition, this form submits preformatted information for use in many of the automated processes Prospect Technologies' customers utilize.

"For example, since the great expansion of our Customer Support Division last spring, our field engineers have encountered an increased number of customers and firms that have requested the ability to pay for our on-site services via credit / debit card."

"Until today, our standard procedure was for our engineers to fill out timesheets / reports which would be later converted into customer invoices that, in turn, would be mailed to our customers on a bi-weekly basis. This was a cumbersome process and did not use some of the latest advanced Internet / technology products and services that Prospect Technologies has pioneered."

Prospect Technologies' General Manager for Customer Support, Mr. Rick Davis called this on-line electronic form a "breakthrough" for the firm's field engineers. "Until this new development, we had been unable to generate on-site field invoices which automatically linked to Prospect Technologies administrative computer systems," said Mr. Davis. "This new capability allows us to log onto the Web from a customer's site, generate an on-line invoice and accept a credit / debit card for immediate submission of information that our backoffice can verify and submit for payment. This improves our customer satisfaction and reduces the administrative costs associated with processing field invoices. Our engineers can now focus on service and not on administrative paperwork. In addition, it serves to showcase many of the firm's TigerEyeTM and DataTigerTM Internet and web related capabilities."
