To Prospect Technologies’ Customers, Friends, Suppliers, Partners, Clients, and Employees: Re: Steps to improve the quality of e-mail services
Recently, we have become aware that some customers have been having difficulties connecting to Prospect Technologies' e-mail servers. Some of these problems have been traced to external, Internet-related issues while some [problems] are related to increased security and virus protection. Over the next few weeks, Prospect Technologies will be initiating an effort to determine not only the extent but also the cause of these difficulties. While the firm will be investigating possible hardware and software upgrades, it would like to hear from you, our users. If you have experienced any difficulties w/ Prospect Technologies e-mail services, would you please reply to this message and supply as many specifics as possible?
