more re: Prospect Technologies . . . . s many of you know, Prospect Technologies has been growing rapidly over the past several years. During this time-frame, the firm has dramatically expanded its computer technology and Internet / Web related products and services. One of the fastest growing services that the firm provides has been its e-mail services and concomitant support. The purpose of this letter is to alert you to some of the steps that we will be taking shortly to improve the quality of this vital and important service.

Recently, we have become aware that some customers have been having difficulties connecting to Prospect Technologies' e-mail servers. Some of these problems have been traced to external, Internet-related issues while some [problems] are related to increased security and virus protection.

Over the next few weeks, Prospect Technologies will be initiating an effort to determine not only the extent but also the cause of these difficulties. While the firm will be investigating possible hardware and software upgrades, it would like to hear from you, our users.

If you have experienced any difficulties w/ Prospect Technologies e-mail services, would you please reply to this message and supply as many specifics as possible? Your input will prove invaluable as we now begin the process of improving the e-mail and other Internet related services to our customers.
