Prospect Technologies Announces its Board of Directors
Washington, DC February 1998 -- Prospect Technologies today announced its Board of Directors.
After careful consideration as to the leadership to help the firm grow and progress in a prudent manner in
this explosive world of the Internet and the World Wide Web, the following Board was selected:

Mr. Barry Lambert Harris -- Mr. Harris is a former Acting Administrator of the Federal Aviation
Administration and has recently been the Sr. Partner of the firm Cole, Harris and Carr.
Mr. Harris brings the experience of being the CEO of a start-up airline as well as a wealth of assorted
business and financial experience.
Mr. Harris, a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, is a graduate of Denison College and Harvard University.

Ms. Diane Fitzgerald Lewis -- Ms. Lewis is the Chairman of the Board of Prospect Technologies. Prior to this she was General Manager of IKON Office Solutions, a Fortune 50 service firm. Ms. Lewis was responsible for the Outsourcing, Document Management and Facilities Management
businesses for IKON in the greater Washington Metro Area. Ms. Lewis has also held
senior management positions at Xerox as well as the US Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Lewis, a native of Miami, is a graduate of the University of Florida and attended the
Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Wm. Frederick Lewis -- Dr. Lewis is the President and CEO of Prospect
Technologies. Prior to founding Prospect Technologies he was Executive Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer [COO] of two high technology firms in the Washington, DC area. He
also was the Systems Integration Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation for the Federal
Government and Public Sector, and was a Plant Manager responsible for the World Wide Logistics
Operations.
Dr. Lewis has also had senior Management positions with McGraw-Hill / DRI, the Association of American Railroads, and Conrail.
Dr. Lewis is a native of New York City and graduated from Princeton, the University of
Rochester, and Columbia. He also served on the faculty of the Physics Department of the
University of London.

Mr. Carl Widell -- Mr. Widell is President and CEO of CyberCo a Washington, DC
based venture capital firm. In addition, he is CFO of the Third World Foundation.
The Third World Foundation implements
programs which allow developing nations
to apply newly developed scientific
methodologies to the problems of disease, food
security and overpopulation, sustainable
community development, and ecological
restoration.
Prior to this Mr. Widell was the CEO of several software / database development firms. He
is a native of St. Louis and graduated from Princeton. Mr. Widell was also educated at
UCLA pursuing studies in finance and business.

Mr. Paul Wright -- Mr. Wright is President and CEO of Defense RD+T. Defense RD+T is a
multifaceted corporation whose World Headquarters are based in Alexandria, VA. The firm specializes
in human resource / defense specific consulting for the US Government. Prior to this,
he had an
outstanding career in public service before assuming the head of Defense RD+T.
Mr. Wright is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
