Princeton Alumni choose Prospect Technologies to supply e-business needs
Washington, DC - It was announced today that the Princeton Classes of 1971 and 2003 have recently turned to Prospect Technologies to expand their e-business capabilities. By utilizing Prospect Technologies' proven ability to design, construct, and host sophisticated, artistic, robust, and secure Web Sites / Internet e-business complexes, these organizations will be able to provide their members w/ new and expanding state-of-the art services.
The Class of 1971 is looking to add to its existing Web site – www.princeton1971.org – the ability to electronically receive dues and other funds payments. In addition, the Class seeks to develop an extensive Reunions ’06 section to support their upcoming 35th Reunion in June 2006. Via a series of enjoined, interactive Web screens, Classmates will be able to register for Reunions, order costumes, meals, and pay for upcoming events via a simple CLICK of a mouse. Furthermore, class members will be able to input their biographies for inclusion in a Reunions Yearbook to be published in May 2006. These new electronic / Internet features, will allow a classmate to see who else has registered for the June 2006 extravaganza and even be automatically notified of upcoming news and / or evolving events.
The Class of 2003 needed an easy and reliable method to facilitate their 1,200 + Classmates electronically paying their annual Class dues and other fees. They also needed a process to ‘keep tabs’ on their mobile membership. The handling of all the checks and other assorted payment schemes in a timely manner overwhelmed the existing volunteer financial staff. With an integrated Dues / Giving Portal, the Class Officers can now provide instant confirmation and a ‘Thank You!’ w/ each payment. In addition, funds are electronically transferred to the Class bank account w/ the appropriate record keeping and fiduciary controls are being satisfied via this new e-business capability. Plus, Class Officers will now be able to know in real-time who has paid dues and who still must be reminded again via an electronic follow-up scheme. This system will avoid the need, bother, and concomitant costs of mailing to Classmates who have already paid their dues and / or other fees. This portal can be seen at http://dues.princeton2003.com.
