In a letter to their museum clients, Lynn Rogerson, Chairman and CEO of ASI, stated:

Once logged in, ASI's museum clients, scholars, and the press are automatically directed to ASI's digiDOQ homepage. There they will see, for example, a new menu of file options just underneath the ASI homepage menu, as well as green file folder boxes in the middle of the screen (they simply click on each of these to view a list of the files in the folder).

Some of the *NEW* features and benefits to ASI's customers include:

• Better organization of exhibition information, sorted into relevant folders;
• A scroll-over feature, that allows the previewing of image files before opening them (See the graphic below);
• The ability to view shared files;
• The capability to e-mail files to colleagues directly from the site; and
• A full-text file / document search function.
