| Web based On-line problem report / repair ticket system
To help a customer better manage their IT support, Prospect Technologies developed a Web based problem reporting / repair ticket system. This system streamlines the troubleshooting of computer related problems at the client’s thirty-(30) acre campus. Users having computer problems will submit their problems / computer malfunctions /queries / etc. through this Web site that will, in-turn, generation of a trouble ticket. Once a computer administrator / repair technician receives the ticket he / she will begin work. When the job is completed, the user will be notified via e-mail of the solution (. . . if they don't already know!). In addition the job database -- containing all of these transactions and information! -- is searchable.
